Re on call - Jen Kintzler We had that at my last company. We set a schedule (people could trade of course) and the rotation was about 1 night every couple of weeks. We didn't mind too much because it was on the schedule and everyone had time to prepare/switch if there was a problem.   1. Suggestion: When we pass tasks to testers maybe it worth explaining them which DB tables will be affected so that we can also check that DB gets correct data.
