How to block ip on cloudflare

Go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/login
username/password is on lastpass
Click on powr.io or powr-staging.io depending on which server's cache you are trying to clear

Click on Firewall (If you cannot find Firewall tab click on search icon and type Firewall, it is the easiest way) Also [https://dash.cloudflare.com/4d6cadaed0b76f0f29086572abdbaef9/powr.io/security/waf/tools]( link I found for firewall tab, may change overtime)
Go to Tools Tab
