Eng lead weekly mtg nov 19th

-Today we explored topic of working with a remote team -Joe - Rustam & Yevgeniy pair together first, Joe & Brent pair together bc in same time zones. If need to escalate, will do so. Communication sometimes is an issue, Joe has put together flow charts -Praneeta - her reports are both fairly jr so them pairing together does not work at moment. she syncs with them in evenings -Time zone difference is still the biggest pain point at times, esp across multiple time zones, large time difference. -Jen will take 6am call, but take long lunch to have work/life balance -Joe didn't require Yevginiy or Rustam to attend standup, have them send their blockers via Slack, constant communication throughout day ok for employees to question what works/what doesn't and find solutions -Use tools to help with remote work; VS Code Pairing - good option for developers

Next week agenda: Manager feedback surveys were sent to respective reports, will collect results and share in next week's meeting
