Formbuilder invisible recaptcha settings

If you need to use FormBuilder locally then it's obligatory to include reCaptcha secret keys in development.yml.enc. Otherwise you won't be able to submit forms because of validation errors. You can find out how to update your encrypted keys here: https://powr.gitlab.io/docs/engineering/303

If you need to update reCaptcha settings on production, please use this link: https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin/site/348595129

Please toggle "reCAPTCHA keys" to get shared and secret keys for selected captcha.

The access to production URL is limited. So if you don't have the access but you need one, please request it from Backengers Team. Please don't update the settings (especially the keys) if you don't really need to update them.
