-Discuss Sprint Metric spreadsheet Aigul put together to track points per sprint -Cross-functional team tracking of points. If an engineer from another team is needed for more than an hour on a task, should assign points to track progress. -Sprint Metric spreadsheet is good barometer, but a work in progress. -Will review this spreadsheet with Eng Leads every other sprint (~once/month) to discuss progress, and notice trends/issues
Follow Up:
-Puru will discuss with Ben & InteGREAT team about scoring of own points - are they underscoring? -Joe to present on how to score points consistently between teams.
