1) Career ladders finalized
-ACTION ITEMS: -Leads to rank their reports have this ready BEFORE next weekly Eng meeting -present ladders at the next weekly engineer meeting -Leads to have 1:1 with direct report to discuss rank individually
2) Story points vs sprint completion -what to do if someone finishes tasks early? pulling off next tasks, learning more competencies, find a new project you are excited about and do it, help someone else out? -risk of gamifying system - we have checks & balance to check we are scoring points accurately - Leads and Ben reviewing quality of points
ACTION ITEMS: -Sprint completion to start at next Wednesday's sprint -Offset sprint cycle model to manage resources (QA, review, etc)
- E-Commerce & Campaign will have one week sprint next week - someone tell Aidana
