This calendar is used to track all schedulers so that it's easier to avoid running multiple jobs at the same time as well as identify potential causes for sidekiq spikes. Whenever a new

When you create the event, you can change the timezone to UTC time and Google Calendar should automatically convert the time for you. Make sure to repeat the event at whatever interval the task should be running at.

Make sure to update the calendar when any changes/addenda are made.

Reminders:

  1. Make sure to Repeat events properly
  2. Things that run every 10 minutes can be marked as All Day events
  3. Make sure to change the timezone to UTC and you won’t have to worry about converting time
  4. Do NOT add a notification reminder to the calendar (you can make one for yourself, but no need to spam everyone else)
