Product Updates (Since U Gone)
What are these updates?​
'Since You've Been Gone' updates appear in the user's POWr account, under the 'What's New' section:

They are intended to alert users to new features in their apps, updates on known issues, fixes and announcements that may affect their plugins.
Example update:​

To create a new product update:​
Go to https://www.powr.io/product_updates
Make sure you're logged in to POWr as an admin.
Click 'Create new' to create a new update.
- Select a title for your update

2. Insert the link you would like the 'Learn more' CTA to link to.
3. Save the image you would like to use to https://s3.console.aws.amazon.com/s3/buckets/powr/Notification%2520Bell/?region=us-east-1&tab=overview
Make sure this is set to 'public' and paste the URL into the Image url box:

4. Select a tag for the update
Feature = new feature
Fix = fix to a bug
Bug = making wobblies aware of a known issue
Announcement = e.g. relevant industry news/platform changes that may affect plugins
5. Whitelist or blacklist platforms and/or apps:

If you would like to exclude a platform/app from the update, blacklist it (e.g. exclude eCommerce platforms from PayPal updates).
To only show the update to users of a specific platform/app, whitelist it (e.g. POWrMail updates only go to Form Builder users).
To select multiple platforms/apps, hold down Command and make your selections.
6. Add a description (max 150 characters). You can include emojis here - make it engaging!
7. Save your update and preview it using the eye preview icon in the list view:

- Check the link works in the preview. If yes, go back into your draft and tick this checkbox:
Then hit Save.
Your update will be live. You can check the status, make any amendments and check the conditions in the list view:
