Product / Other Updates
- There hasn't been anything major since Smart Buttons in forms, which is why this is primarily a bug list 🐛
- Juwan has shifted her focus to primarily spend time on UX. She'll still be around sparingly to answer questions, but she'll be working mostly on making sure wobblies aren't confused when using our apps!
- We're hiring two more support agents in the Philippines over the next couple of weeks. Rafael will be leading the onboarding of the new agents. Take a chance to say hi and answer any questions they might have over the next few weeks, so we can make sure they're ramped up quickly!
- I'm setting an automated voicemail message telling Billing call wobblies to send us an email, so that we don't have to spend as much time on billing calls!
