We have brought two new agents on to help out! They're both located in the Philippines, their names are Rita and Arlyne. Rafael will be leading onboarding, but please be kind and helpful to them as they dive into the wonderful world of wobblies. They'll be working the 6PM to 2AM (PST) time shift to start.
Downgrade flow has been modified- a bump to biz is now under "I don't need it anymore" in the Change Subscription flow.
There are new Shopify onboarding emails going out. They're being sent out from pascal@powr.io, but the replies will come into support. If you see these email responses in weird folders, please let me know!
