Not allowing user to downgrade

Scenario: In the pricing table, Starter users should see “Current Plan” on the two Starter plan CTAs

Given that a user is on the Starter plan,

When the user visits any page containing the pricing table for the plugin with the Starter plan,

Then the 2 CTAs on the Free plan should be hidden,

And the 2 CTAs on the Starter plan should say “Current Plan”

And the 4 CTAs on the Pro and Business plans should say “Select Plan”
