Wix Pricing and Plan Updates from November 2018 - present.

Please be aware of this when reactifying apps and dealing with support tickets.

NOTE: Where instance limits have been introduced this will affect NEW USERS only, not existing users creating new apps. Other changes to plans will affect ALL NEW APPS. Users writing into support should be grandfathered in by giving them trial access to the tier that will give them equivalent feature access.

Video & Image Slider​

Note: In Wix we currently have only 1 Multi Slider app listed - it is called “Video and Image Slider” In the past we also had “Video Gallery” - which is actually Multi Slider - some users have it installed on their site, so despite the fact we don’t have it in the app store, we have to maintain the limits for it.

Here are the rules: Before Mon, 3 July 2017 (TIERS = old), we did not have tiers - so both apps have 3 slides for free and unlimited for rest. After Mon, 3 July 2017(TIERS = 1), we introduced tiers multislider - free: 3, premium: 6, pro: 10, enterprise: 10000 video gallery - free: 3, premium: 5, pro: 8, enterprise: 10000
