Note on Experiments on Cached Pages

When we test things on a static page that is Cloudflare cached, we need to check the Network tab to see what the Cloudflare cache status is. This determines how the A/B needs to be built.

If a page is cached, we need to use Javascript to show/hide content on a page to avoid issues.
