  • It is not a critical bug
  • It is expected to take less than 1 hr to complete

Common tasks are: polish on css, cleaning up a small piece of code, removing a javascript error

How do I create a spankthejank task?​

Create a ticket in jira, add the label "spankthejank," and add to backlog

When are spankthejank tasks completed?​

During our 1 hr spankthejank sessions, when engineers get in a room and are encouraged to drink beer and work together to solve as many spankthejank tasks as possible.
